SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION IN LA

Posted in Blog, Expert Tips, Accommodation, Los Angeles

Real estate agent Juliette Hohnen shares tips on securing short term accommodation in Los Angeles.

A former interior designer, Juliette specializes in furnished rentals in addition to selling houses and helping buyers to find homes.

 1. Use an expert

Hire a well connected agent who knows about rentals before they go on the market.

2. Plan ahead

Start your search two months ahead. Give yourself enough time but not too much time. Six months is too far in advance to find a rental.

3. Be flexible

Be open to looking in more than one area.

4. Check your credit score

If you don't have credit you should try and build your credit before you come. Getting a US credit card can help.

5. View properties as soon as you can

Have a friend preview the homes for you if you can't get here.
